Product Overview
Review specifications, operating parameters, and configuration options for this Neosep assembly solution.
Ultra-Precise servo-press（PPG）
NEOSEP ultra-precise servo press （PPG battery thickness gauge） measures soft-pack cell thickness with 0.002-0.005 mm displacement accuracy, FX 0.1% force accuracy and full force-displacement data logging.
Why Choose the NEOSEP Ultra-Precise Servo-Press（ PPG ）?
Sub-Micron Thickness Accuracy
Displacement accuracy of 0.002-0.005 mm and force accuracy of FX 0.1% deliver reliable soft-pack cell thickness inspection.
Precision Motion Platform
Precision linear motor, voice coil motor or ground ball screw with roller guides provides smooth, repeatable measurement motion.
Full Data Traceability
An integrated industrial tablet PC, self-developed soft-force control and force-displacement curve logging capture every measurement.
Built for Soft-Pack Cell Thickness Control
The PPG gauge is dedicated to precise thickness inspection of soft-pack battery cells, combining a compact industrial structure with a precision drive platform and full closed-loop force-displacement control for stable, repeatable results.
